Step 1: Create an account

If it is the first time for you to use this exhibition system, please click the button “Register/login” in the upper right corner to create your account in the system.

Step 2: Log in

Login method: use your Email address and password

Step 3: Click on the “Exhibition Registration” icon, fill in the information and click Submit, then the Organizing Committee will review your registration within 3 working days.

The registration information will be published in conference proceedings, please fill in correctly and as much as you can.

Step 4: After the registration is passed, the Organizing committee will contact you by phone or email to discuss the exhibition in detail. Then please execute the contract signing process according to the offline discussion. It is needed to upload the scanned copy of the signed and sealed contract and fill tracking number of the contract into the system before you click Submit.

Step 5: Exhibitors can use the verification code, which is provided after the submission in Step 4, to purchase discount conference tickets in the "Registration" module. The exhibition payment information is shown below. In order to confirm your payment information as soon as possible, please fill the correct RFB code in the postscript, upload the payment voucher and at last click Submit.

Step 6: A invitation letter could be applied for VISA application. Please follow the guide.
